1. How do you collect your data?

Our research team works hard on building our golf course database in new countries. They use multiple methods to get the right data:

  • Find the data on each golf club’s website
  • Get the data from the golf course’s scorecard
  • We communicate with golf club Managers to get their data
  • Our customers send us golf course data

When we get conflicting data from different sources, our source priorities are:

  • Recent scorecard
  • Data submitted by golf club Manager
  • Golf club’s website
  • Data submitted by other user

2. How do you maintain your database?

Our update team updates data of at least 1000 golf courses every month. They use multiple methods to get the right data:

  • Find the data on each golf club’s website
  • Get the data from the golf course’s scorecard
  • We communicate with golf club Managers to get their data
  • Our customers send us golf course data

When we get conflicting data from different sources, our source priorities are:

  • Recent scorecard
  • Data submitted by golf club Manager
  • Golf club’s website
  • Data submitted by other user

3. How often do you update your data?

We publish our updates once a month. These include the updates from our updates team as well as data of any new country we may have ready to add to our database.

4. Can I get regular updates after purchasing your database?

Of course! Our automatic updates are done through our API and are available with a monthly subscription. Visit our Automatic Updates page for more information.

5. I purchased a database and now I want to upgrade to a bigger one. Can I get a discount?

You can indeed. We discount the price of the database you initially purchased from the price of the upgraded database you are purchasing. The only condition is that the initial database purchased is included in the upgraded one.

If you wish to do so, please communicate with us to get your discount code.

6. What are your accepted payment methods?

We are using PayPal. this payment methods allows you to use any major credit card or your Paypal account. It is very secure and trusted by millions of people around the world.

7. Do you provide GPS coordinates of hazards and greens of each hole?

Unfortunately, we do not provide such data yet. We are working hard to built the data. You can leave us your coordinates if you wish to be notified when we are ready to provide such data.

8. I’m looking for golf course data in a country you do not currently provide. Any way to get it?

Chances are we already have lots of data on golf courses in the country we are looking for. It is not published because we feel we are still missing key elements or because we did not have time to validate the data we have. Communicate with us to tell us what you are looking for and we will tell you where we are at. We prioritize our research team’s work based on customer requests.

9. My golf club is not included in your database. How can I add it?

Please communicate with us and we will make sure to add it. Most of our customers are building websites or applications that will promote your golf club. It is a good idea to make sure they display accurate information.

11. Is your list of email addresses good for email marketing?

You can use our list of email addresses to reach out to golf clubs but know that our list is not an opt-in list. This means the contacts in each golf clubs didn’t not no give their approval to receive promotional emails from us or a third party such as yourself. Know that many countries prohibit the use of lists like ours to send promotional emails. If you plan to use our list for email promotion, make sure you comply with the laws and regulations applying to you. Our purpose in providing golf clubs’ email addresses is to provide a way to reach the golf clubs electronically to our clients’ customers.
