Golf Club Database Licensing Agreement
When You (the Buyer) purchase the license of one of Butler Media Inc.’s (the Seller) golf course database (Database), you accept to be bound by the following agreement:
The Buyer confirms purchasing a license of a Database owned by the Seller. The purchased licence give the Buyer the right to use the Database on any number of his own digital properties. The data licensed through this agreement is owned and maintained by the Seller. Any sale, transfer, assignment, sublease or other access granted to this data to a third party is prohibited unless approved in writing by Butler Media Inc.

Any and all conflicts regarding this agreement will be decided by the legal jurisdiction of the province of Quebec and the laws thereof.
